VIBESRECORDS代表。1995年にDJを始める。DJバトル入賞後、オリジナルDJミックス作品を計14本リリース。ヒップホップを軸にしたジャンルにとらわれないDJプレイで、C.L.Smooth、Adriana Evans、Steph Pockets、Slum Village,Crazy Legs、The49ers、NUTSO a.k.a Nut-Rageous、といった海外アーティストと数多く共演、オーディエンスを魅了している。現在、レクチャー、楽曲提供も行っており、国内を問わず世界へ視野を向け、精力的に活動している。https://blog.djyasu.com/ In 1995, At age 17 Yasu started Djaying. In the same year there was a DJ battle at Club Chitta Kawasaki Japan where he won the 4th place. Soon after that he started a regular event “VIBES” at Club Core Tokyo and started his own label 「VIBESRECORDS」At the same time he started a mixtape series ”Express Yourself?” and ”The Pharcyde Megamix” releasing both. He aired his own mixes on the Japanese “Usen”channel and produced limited edition products for DiskUnion. Yeas also worked for a few apparel brands on their limited edition items. Yeas has worked with and opened for C.L.Smooth, Adriana Evans, Steph Pockets, Slum Village, Crazy legs and Delaware’s underground group ”The49ers” as their Japan tour backup DJ. Yasu mixed the 49ers album “Musaic.” Yasu supported NUTSO a.k.a Nut-Rageous Japan Tour as a backup DJ and released an official mixtape “NUTSO MEGA MIX.” In 2008 Yasu started his own VIBESRECORDS DJ school and started teaching and also started producing songs including LANG-SD, Matzz of Tres-men collaborations, while continuing to be awarded in a beat battles and contests.
